    The Prince Hall Masonic Foundation is a subsidiary of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Minnesota and its Jurisdiction Inc. The Grand Lodge was Chartered and Incorporated in the year 1894.

  • Mission

    The Prince Hall Masonic Foundation Inc., was established in 1999 and operates as a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization. The Prince Hall Masonic Foundation’s mission is to help eliminate obstacles to success for youth by providing financial scholarships to deserving high school students in their pursuit of higher education and by offering prevention services that foster cultural awareness and strong, healthy communities.

  • The officers of Prince Hall Grand Lodge & Prince Hall Grand Chapter hosted a Black History Movie Night for the members of Minnesota Jurisdiction. Tonight’s movie was Hidden Figures in honor of Katherine Johnson, who passed away February 24, 2020. May she rest in peace.
